We’re seeking an Associate Director to play a key role in leading and delivering M&A and broader corporate finance engagements for ambitious, owner‑managed and mid‑market businesses. This is a significant hire for the team and an opportunity for you to shape the future growth of the practice. This role could also suit an experienced Manager/Senior Manager looking to step-up.

The role:

• Management of full sell‑side and buy‑side processes, from origination through to completion.
• Oversight of valuations, financial modelling and deal structuring.
• Managing due diligence workstreams and coordinating specialists to ensure smooth, efficient execution.
• Development and review of IMs, commercial analysis, board packs and client‑ready deliverables.
• Direct relationship management with founders, management teams, investors and legal advisers.

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in M&A, operating at Associate Director level.
• Proven track record running transactions and managing multiple workstreams independently.
• Excellent commercial judgement and the confidence to advise entrepreneurial clients.
• Strong technical grounding in modelling, valuations and deal mechanics.
• Leadership potential — able to mentor, oversee juniors and contribute to business development.
