An advisory firm with a national presence is building out its Transaction Services practice and is looking to appoint an A/D or Director with sector expertise in the healthcare/pharma/life-sciences space. The A/D or Director will help lead the financial due diligence offering, with a genuine route to partnership and the opportunity to help shape the practice as it scales. This is a senior hire into an established, well-regarded team with ample opportunity for further growth.

The Role

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients across the mid-market
• Develop and own a sector specialism – healthcare / life sciences is of particular interest, though they are open to other strong sector backgrounds
• Manage and mentor an established team, reviewing workstreams and developing junior talent
• Build and leverage private equity and adviser relationships to support origination
• Contribute to the growth and direction of the practice

About you

• ACA (or equivalent) qualified
• A strong, dedicated financial due diligence background, ideally with mid-market private equity deal exposure (c. £20m–£60m EV)
• A genuine sector specialism – healthcare preferred, other sectors welcome
• A natural leader who can run engagements, develop people and win work
• Ambitious, and motivated by a clear path to partnership
