Payroll Assistant
We’re looking for a Payroll specialist join a thriving professional services firm in the Thames Valley.
Our forward-thinking client needs someone who thrives on variety and client interaction. You’ll be managing payroll operations for an exciting portfolio of international clients – think dynamic start-ups and growing businesses that need expert guidance navigating complex payroll requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse international client base
- Building relationships with global clients, external parties and colleagues
- Handling client fund management with precision and care
- Solving complex payroll challenges that require real initiative and problem-solving
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in finance/payroll, ideally from a practice background, or similar client-facing environment
- Excellent communication skills – you’ll be the face of the service to clients
- Strong Excel skills and general IT proficiency
- Team player who enjoys collaborative working
