Looking to step into a lead advisory role? Our client is an established practice, with offices strategically positioned for City access and countryside quality of life. No massive corporate bureaucracy, just a strong team that gets deals done.

Day to day, you’ll be:

Running mid-market transactions – £15m-£100m deal sizes across acquisitions, MBOs, acquisitions and growth funding. You’ll draft the Information Memorandums, build the models, and manage the process from pitch to completion. Direct access to partners means you’re learning from people who’ve been closing deals since before Excel had pivot tables.

You’ll need:

• 2+ years in corporate finance or transaction services
• Big 4, boutique, or investment bank background
• Strong academics and stronger work ethic
• Commercial sense that goes beyond the numbers
