My client, a growing corporate finance boutique, has cracked the code on responsible growth whilst maintaining the culture that makes people actually want to stay. They’re moving into H2 2025 with an impressive pipeline and need someone who can both execute brilliantly and has the appetite to develop origination skills alongside seasoned professionals.

What you’ll be doing: Leading 4-5 live transactions simultaneously across UK/EU/US markets, primarily sell-side M&A with some buy-side and capital raising work. You’ll have genuine autonomy over the transaction process whilst being supported by a team that genuinely backs each other. Recent deals span fast-moving AI/automation and green energy sectors – they’re sector agnostic but naturally attract forward-thinking businesses.

About you:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent 
• 5+ years proven M&A execution experience (£10m-£200m deal sizes) within an advisory team
• Experience leading sell-side transactions from start to finish
• Strong client-facing skills with business development capabilities
• Cultural fit – someone honest, willing to learn, and collaborative by nature and who thrives in a flat structure
