Passionate about numbers and driving impactful outcomes? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic qualified or part-qualified Accountant to take on the role of Corporate Finance Analyst. The role will require travel to their offices on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.

You will be working with colleagues on a range of projects, including business sales, acquisitions and fundraising. You’ll leverage your strong analytical skills and attention to detail, to tackle diverse financial challenges and contribute to successful outcomes for clients.

As you find your feet, you’ll be developing your skills in an experienced and supportive team, and become a fundamental part of their next growth phase.

What you’ll do:

• Support sell-side and buy-side clients with financial analysis, financial projections and financial modelling in preparation for transactions
• Prepare and review financial information to be including in the IM
• Identify financial risks and opportunities
• Calculate working capital requirements and transaction proceeds
• Liaise with external advisors

What we’re looking for:

• Part/fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• 2+ years experience in audit,  M&A or transaction services
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• SME sector experience
• Commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail
