The Role:

• Execute M&A transactions end-to-end to drive successful outcomes
• Develop compelling business plans, information memoranda, and financial analyses for clients and investors
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic client initiatives
• Provide guidance to junior team members on deal execution and analysis
• Build upon your expertise and network across the consumer sector

About You:

• 5-7 years of experience in M&A, with meaningful, recent exposure to consumer sector deals
• A genuine interest in consumer businesses and market trends
• Sharp financial modelling skills and analytical thinking
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Collaborative with excellent communication skills across all levels
