Join a well-established and highly-regarded advisory team in Reading, where you’ll lead buy-side and sell-side transactions for PE houses, strategic buyers and financial investors. Working directly with partners in a lean, flat structure means visibility, responsibility and accelerated growth.

This role would suit a current Manager or an Assistant Manager looking to break through to the next level.

Day to day you will:

• Manage multiple transactions simultaneously; support client scoping meetings to identify critical DD questions and the impact it might have on transactions
• Develop insightful client-ready due diligence reports
• Prepare/review integrated financial models
• Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their development
• Build your network through active business development

Ideal qualifications:

• Qualified accountants with c. 2+ years in transaction services,
• A strong understanding of mid-market deal structures
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities
• Able to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
