Talk With Recruiter
We will have an in-depth conversation to discuss your motivations, career aspirations and long-term goals, as well as your ideal role and employer. At this stage we can provide advice on your CV, general knowledge on the market and any roles that may be relevant to your search. If we don’t have a partnership with a company you would like to work for, we will work pro-actively to forge a relationship, utilising our extensive network.

Prepare
We help you prepare for you interviews, whether it’s an informal coffee chat or a full-blown presentation or case study. We will give you as much insight into the interview process as we can as well as the team you are meeting with. If there are any parts of the interview you’re unsure about, just ask!

Interview
Depending on the employer, your interview process can range from a couple of meetings to get to know each other and talk through your experience, to more formal case studies, presentations and assessments. We will happily sense-check any work that is done outside of the interview process and offer our input.

Get Hired
Once successful, having already understood your requirements, we will help you negotiate the best deal. We will be with you every step of the way from accepting the role and handing your notice in to your first day with your new employer and beyond. We want to make sure your new role is everything you hoped for.
